Q:
How long will it take to produce my video photo
album?
 |
The
standard turn-around time from receipt of your photographs
is up to three
weeks depending on the number of photographs to be
included in the production.
|
Q: Most of my photos are black and white, is there a
problem using them in a presentation?
 | There
is no problem scanning in older/black and white photographs. We
use a high quality digital scanner to produce high quality
scans.
|
Q: Do I have to pay any money up
front?
 | Yes,
a $50 deposit is required before we begin production .
The
balance due when the production is finalized and
delivered.
|
Q: Can you scan anything other than photographs?
 |
Yes
we can. Some of our productions, for instance one we produced
for viewing at a wedding rehearsal dinner as well as for a high
school graduation, included certificates, ribbons, greeting
cards, grade school papers, etc.
|
Q: What is a VCD?
 |
VCD
stands for Video CD. Basically it is VHS quality on a CD and it
can be played on most newer DVD players. It
even has menus similar to a DVD. While some brands of
DVD players say they play Video CDs, they do not. If your DVD
player says it is CD-R/CD-RW compatible, then it will probably
play.
